I am in a new group the long-haulers. What does that mean? Long-term coronavirus symptoms. We recovered from the deadly virus however, we still have symptoms. One important nugget of information to hold on to is that long-haulers is that there are so many theories in the media. We made it through! Live your best life every day. This disease is so new, a lot of the information is anecdotal. There are so many fears. Breathing issues, oxygen saturation dropping. No definitive answers. We will love ourselves back to wholeness.
Questions that are rolling around in my head? Should I get a COVID-19 vaccine? Ask you physician before scheduling an appointment.
Why do I still have shortness of breath? Ongoing shortness of breath when exerting themselves? This sucks big time, I miss my daily fitness run. So many questions are inconclusive.

Today, we will begin our journey written out and illustrated in a beautiful journal. The key to loving how you will walk this journey is to write your thoughts out. Take a breath take in what you love. Stop taking in so much information. Monitor and analyze don’t study. Knowledge of what you love somehow comes to you; you don’t have to study every nugget of information. If you love a thing enough, knowledge of it seeps into you, with particulars more real than any chart can furnish. – Jessamin West.
Exercise: Speak life back into your life. You must reduce stress and re- program you mind to wellness.
Create new behaviors. Fill your mind with positive affirmations
Create a night time experiences. Mindfulness and meditation, create a” Love Me Journal”, use the same concepts as creating a vision board. Buy a beautiful bound sketchbook, scissors, rubber cement and cut out pictures of everything you like. Include places you want to visit place these images in your journal.
